This procedure applies to all E10r displays that have the “i3Store has stopped” error. You can dentify the correct display model by the serial number, as this should have the characters CR in it: i3TE10xxCRxxxxxx
Step 1: Make sure that your display is connected to internet.
Step 2: Please have a look at this video demonstration on how to remove the current i3Store app and restore it to the factory version and apply this to your display:
Step 2: Reboot the display. After the reboot, open the i3Store app and select the updates tab. Swipe down from the top of the page if necessary to refresh the page and allow the display to download and install the update.
