The clock app on the i3TOUCH X-One displays comes standard with the Android installation, but its functions on the display are limited. This Clock app is not developed, distributed or maintained by i3-Technologies. Nevertheless we have chosen to keep it available on the display, be it with limited functionality.
Limitations that we are aware of for the current Clock app on the X-ONE:

The timer function volume is always the same as the system volume. When using a low system volume, this may be insufficient to be used for the timer alarm. There is no individual timer volume setting within the app itself.

When the alarm goes off, there is no pop up message. This means that there is no notification when the Clock app is running in the background.
If the existing Clock app does not fit your requirements, you are free to select an alternative app and install that on the display. Compatible Android apps (.APK files) can be installed via USB or remotely through i3RDM.
