It is possible that a new app version was released between the display was produced and the installation date. This could potentially lead to an issue because the app you use to download the latest systemfw is directly involved in update-process.
Therefore, I suggest to go first cancel the automated OTA systemFW suggestion when you first turn on your new i3TOUCH X-ONE.
Go to the i3store and make sure all apps are up to date.
