i3TOUCH X-ONE how to update touch firmware

The files you need to download can be found at the bottom of the page


Use the upgrade tool:

  1. Connect a Windows10/11 computer with USB and HDMI to the i3TOUCH.

  2. Run the upgrade tool “UpgradeTool.exe”.

  1. Choose the bin file by display size. See “BIN FILES”.

  1. Click the “Upgrade” button.

  1. After the process finished, the upgrading ends. If it has some error, please provide a screenshot of the upgrading window.
