1. Check first

  • Does the product exceed the maximum allowed weight?

  • Is the remote well connected to the controlbox?

  • Is the mechanic well connected to the controlbox?

  • Is the elevator well connected to the electricity?

2. Reset 1: unit goes down, not up

  1. Bring the unit to the lowest

  2. Let go the ‘down’ button

  3. Press and hold the ‘down’ button for a few seconds (unit goes slightly up/down)

  4. Unit should go up again

3. Reset 2: unit doesn’t do anything

  1. Remove power cord

  2. Hold ‘up’ or ‘down’ button a few seconds (this will take all the power left out of the control box)

  3. The unit is now totally without power

  4. Reconnect the power cord

  5. Press and hold the ‘down’ button for a few seconds (unit goes slightly up/down)

  6. Unit should go up again

4. Hard reset:

  1. Bring the unit to the lowest

  2. Press and hold ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons for 5 seconds and let go the two buttons

  3. Press ‘down’ button
