Dealer menu on i3CONNECT displays

What changed?

There is no longer a separate Dealer Menu. All dealer-specific options have been consolidated into the main Settings under Admin Settings. This streamlines setup, diagnostics, and advanced configuration across all display models.

Before you start

  • Ensure the display is powered on and not in standby or sleep.

  • Admin access: Some Admin Settings may require an admin PIN or password set by your organisation or installer. If you don’t have it, contact your IT admin or reseller.

Instructions (all display models)

  1. Open the Quick menu by sliding the toggle on the left or right of the display

  2. Open settings on your display by tapping on the cogwheel in the top-right of the Quick Menu.

  3. Unlock (if prompted): Enter the admin PIN. If unknown, contact your IT admin.

  4. Navigate to the "Admin Settings" section shown in the left column of the settings pop-up.

  5. Adjust dealer-specific options: You’ll find advanced configuration, installation, diagnostics, service, and network controls previously found in the Dealer Menu.

Troubleshooting

  • If you cannot find the admin settings or your interface looks different, your display may be using legacy software. Refer to your specific product manual for guidance.

  • If you do not have access to (admin) settings, contact your IT team. Access may be restricted to prevent tampering.
