Updating Firmware for your display using a USB device

The specific instructions to install vary per display. These should be included in the ZIP file of the firmware from step 1.

Instructions

  1. Download the Firmware: https://firmware.i3-connect.com/

  2. Prepare the USB Stick:

  3. Insert the USB Stick:

    • Turn off your display.

    • Insert the USB stick into the appropriate USB port on your display

  4. Start the Update Process:

    • Follow the specific procedure which are combined in the download file.

    • Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the update. The device may reboot during this process

  5. Post-Update:

    • Once the update is complete, remove the USB stick.

    • Check the device settings to ensure the firmware version has been updated.
