Instructions
The specific instructions to install vary per display. These should be included in the ZIP file of the firmware from step 1.

Download the Firmware: https://firmware.i3-connect.com/

Prepare the USB Stick:

Extract the downloaded firmware ZIP file.

Copy the firmware file to the root directory of the USB stick.

Insert the USB Stick:

Turn off your display.

Insert the USB stick into the appropriate USB port on your display

Start the Update Process:

Turn on the device to initiate the update process.

Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the update. The device may reboot during this process

Post-Update:

Once the update is complete, remove the USB stick.

Check the device settings to ensure the firmware version has been updated 2.
