No touch response when screen sharing - Troubleshooting touchback with AllSync

When you’re sharing your screen with AllSync and your interactive display isn’t responding to touch (touchback), this guide helps you get back in control. If you’re using AirPlay, Google Cast, or the AllSync Android app, touchback isn’t supported.

Steps to restore touchback

  1. Check your sharing method. Make sure you’re using one of the supported options above.

  2. Enable touchback on the receiver. Open the AllSync receiver settings on your display and confirm touchback is enabled.

  3. Restart your device. Power off your device and turn it back on.

Troubleshooting

  • If you’re using AirPlay, Google Cast, or the AllSync Android app, touchback is not available. Try a supported method instead.
