AppLocker is a built-in feature that secures your touchscreen by letting you password-protect or PIN-lock specific applications, preventing unauthorized access or use, ensuring data safety, and allowing control over which apps users can run, ideal for shared environments like classrooms.
This function works on displays with firmware version 1004 and higher.
Instructions

Open the Quick Menu by pressing the physical button at the bottom of the screen.

Press on Settings, this will look like a cogwheel icon

Navigate to Security

Here you will be prompted to enter in the previously used PIN code.

The default PIN code from the factory is 000000 when it arrives (or 0000 in previous models). For security reasons it is highly recommended to change the default PIN code: How to change the PIN code?

Tap on App Locker

Press on the toggle to the right of the app you wish to lock.
