When enrolling your CTOUCH Riva into Radix Viso within one year after buying the display, you will get a 5-year license for free. Your screen should be enrolled successfully by following the steps mentioned in the manual, which can be found here: Register the Radix Viso MDM license (free for 5 years) on Riva 1
If you want to be sure everything went well you should check the number of credits added to your account. You can find the explanation how to check this here: https://radix-int.com/radix-mdm-account-credits-overview/

Please note: We will add your 5-year license in 5 phases, adding 365 credits per display per year. So after registering your display you will see 365 credits per display. After 1 year another 365 credits will be added, and so on until the 5-year period is over. So you will not get 1.825 credits (5 * 365 credits) added into your account at once.
