You cannot move the Quick Launcher.
Riva Quick launcher will give fast access to favorite apps directly from the home screen. The Riva Quick launcher will always be available on the top left corner of the screen.
The location of the launcher will be the same for all screen sizes, allowing the users to always know where to find their favorite apps.
