Microsoft Teams meetings on an i3CONNECT display

Screen casting in Teams

There are several ways of casting your screen in a Microsoft Teams Meeting.

  1. Share your computer screen in a Teams call on Aspen 4 MTR Bundle using AllSync

  2. Share your computer screen to a Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) enabled display

  3. Share your Teams call on a display with an attached camera (BYOM - Bring Your Own Meeting)

  4. Enlarge your Teams call on a display that has no camera (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device)

Troubleshooting

  • If your display isn’t detected in Teams, check your network connection and cables.

  • If you can’t share your screen, make sure AllSync or your connection method is enabled and up to date.
