If your laptop screen isn’t showing up on your interactive display using wireless sharing, you’re in the right place. This guide covers i3ALLSYNC, Windows Miracast, and Apple AirPlay. If you’re using a cable, check the relevant guides instead. By the end, your laptop should be mirroring to the display.
Before You Start

Ensure thyour laptop and display are on the same Wi-Fi network, or that the display’s hotspot is active.

Check that your display is powered on and ready to receive connections.

Confirm you have the correct app or system support for your device (i3CONNECT AllSync, Miracast, or AirPlay).
Instructions
AllSync app

Open the AllSync app on your laptop. Learn how to install the Allsync app here.

Press the “Present” tile on the display’s Home screen (which is the Android source) or access it from the side menu.

Follow the on-screen instructions from the AllSync app to connect your laptop (enter the displayed code or select the display from the list).

Start sharing: your laptop screen should now appear on the interactive display.
AllSync transmitter dongle

Unplug and re-plug the transmitter.

Wait a bit and then press on the central button.

If that did not work, try another port or another laptop to ensure it is really the transmitter
Windows native screen sharing (Miracast)

Press the Windows key + K on your laptop.

Select the name of your display from the list of available wireless displays.

Follow any on-screen prompts to connect.

Choose “Duplicate” to mirror your screen. You can do so at any time by pressing Windows + P.
Apple Native Screen Sharing (AirPlay)

Click the AirPlay icon in your Mac’s menu bar.

Select your display from the list.
-
Enter the on-screen code if prompted.

Choose “Mirror Display” to share your screen.
Troubleshooting

Network Check:
-
Ensure both devices are on the same network. Test with a smartphone's personal hotspot.

Verify network configuration according to Allsync requirements.

For AllSync Transmitters, ensure connection is on a 2.4GHz network.

Software/Firmware Updates:
-
Update the Allsync app on the display via the i3Store.
-
Update the display firmware to the latest version.
-
Update Allsync on the Windows PC to the latest version (4.0.1.113).

For Windows 11 24H2, permit Allsync to use "desktop location" in Windows settings (Settings \ Privacy & security \ Location).

Troubleshoot Transmitter/Display:

If issues persist, check if the transmitter is defective.

Provide the display's firmware version and serial number, Allsync version, and a video of the issue.

Try pairing via USB-C port (under power button or next to USB 2.0 ports).

For Miracast, remove and re-add the display if it was renamed or previously connected.

For AirPlay, ensure both devices are on the same network and AirPlay is enabled on the display.

If your device doesn’t support wireless sharing, use a traditional input source (HDMI, USB-C, VGA) via the display’s side menu. Follow these instructions.
