Troubleshooting

  • Network Check:

    • Ensure both devices are on the same network. Test with a smartphone's personal hotspot.

    • Verify network configuration according to Allsync requirements.

    • For AllSync Transmitters, ensure connection is on a 2.4GHz network.

  • Software/Firmware Updates:

    • Update the Allsync app on the display via the i3Store.

    • Update the display firmware to the latest version.

    • Update Allsync on the Windows PC to the latest version (4.0.1.113).

    • For Windows 11 24H2, permit Allsync to use "desktop location" in Windows settings (Settings \ Privacy & security \ Location).

  • Troubleshoot Transmitter/Display:

    • If issues persist, check if the transmitter is defective.

    • Provide the display's firmware version and serial number, Allsync version, and a video of the issue.

    • Try pairing via USB-C port (under power button or next to USB 2.0 ports).

  • For Miracast, remove and re-add the display if it was renamed or previously connected.

  • For AirPlay, ensure both devices are on the same network and AirPlay is enabled on the display.

  • If your device doesn’t support wireless sharing, use a traditional input source (HDMI, USB-C, VGA) via the display’s side menu. Follow these instructions.
