If your i3TOUCH X3 shows an “outdated Firefox browser” message or Firefox isn’t working as expected, you can update the browser or clear its app data to resolve most issues. This guide is for anyone using Firefox on i3TOUCH X3 who needs to update or troubleshoot the browser. If your issue is with a different app or system-wide, check the relevant troubleshooting guides.
By the end of these steps, Firefox should be up to date and working smoothly. If Firefox still won’t update or launch, see the troubleshooting section below.
If you’re not using Firefox or your issue is with another browser, this article isn’t for you.
Before you start
-
Make sure your i3TOUCH X3 is connected to the internet.
-
You may need a USB stick if you choose to install Firefox manually.
Only download Firefox APKs from the official Mozilla site to avoid security risks.
Clearing app data will reset Firefox to its default state and remove saved settings, bookmarks, and logins. Only proceed if you’re comfortable with this reset.
