Annotation & touch control while screen sharing with AllSync

While sharing with AllSync you are able to use extra features that are made possible by touch technology; namely to annotate over your shared screen and to take touch control of your device remotely. Touch

Before you start

  • Ensure both displays are running the most recent version of i3CONNECT Studio

Instructions

Extra features toolbar

  1. Open AllSync on the display by pressing on the Subtract.png Present tile.

  2. Tap on the square-chevron-down-regular.png downward arrow icon to reveal the AllSync overlay menu.

Annotate

  1. Press on the pencil-regular.png Annotate icon.

  2. Start writing!

  3. Stop annotating press on the power-off-solid.png Close icon in the top left.

Touch

Only works with Windows devices.

  1. Press on the hand-back-point-up-regular.png Touch icon.

  2. Control laptop from the display

  3. Stop touch control by pressing on the hand-back-point-up-regular.png Touch icon again.
