Reference date:
i3CONNECT Remote 2
Our remote is compatible with all the i3CONNECT displays mentioned in the list below.
i3CONNECT Stylus 2
Our stylus is compatible with almost all of the i3CONNECT displays mentioned in the list below.
The exception is the i3SIXTY3 which requires its own stylus, because of its capacitive display.
i3CONNECT Cameras
-
i3CONNECT Camera 2 is compatible with all the i3CONNECT displays mentioned in the list below, as well as with any device that can receive a USB signal for a web-camera.
-
Aspen 4 MTR camera is only compatible with the Aspen 4 and cannot be switched out for a different MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms camera) or a different display.
i3CONNECT i3CAIR
The room air sensor i3CAIR is compatible with all of the displays mentioned in the list below.
i3CONNECT AllSync
AllSync App or Transmitter (dongle)
The AllSync app and/or Transmitter Dongle is compatible with all i3CONNECT and i3 technologies displays using either the i3CONNECT Studio or i3STUDIO (Legacy) user interfaces. Successfully installing a Studio OPS into a display also enables use of the AllSync app. The app is also compatible with any display that has AllSync installed on it, either as an app or using the AllSync receiver PC.
AllSync Receiver
To be compatible with an i3CONNECT AllSync Receiver, a display must meet the following requirements:
-
HDMI Input: The display must have at least one free HDMI input port to connect the receiver.
-
Touchback Support (Optional): If you are using a touchscreen and want to use the "touch back" feature (controlling your computer from the display), you need a free USB-A port on the display that corresponds to the HDMI input used.
-
Resolution Support: The receiver supports up to 4K resolution at 60Hz, so a 4K-capable display is recommended for the best visual experience.
-
Power: The receiver requires its own power source via the included DC power adapter.
Note: If you already have an i3CONNECT display (such as an Aspen 4, Elm 2, or Riva R2), you do not need a separate AllSync Receiver, as the AllSync software is already integrated into the i3CONNECT Studio interface.
i3CONNECT Mounts
When considering mounting your display, take into account these specifications. mounting a display should always be done with two people and, with larger displays, with three people. Follow the installation manual's guide.

3rd party mounts
We cannot guarantee that a third-party mount will fit. If you wish to use one, reference the VESA and weight of the display (per screen size) in the table above and compare that with the loade bearing and VESA specifications of the mount you chose.
In the case of a wall-mounted setup, also check that the wall is strong enough to hold the weight of both the display and the wall mount. Avoid decorative walls and use load-bearing walls.
3rd party apps
Airtame (Virtual)
Unverified We have heard from partners that these work well together, but test the setup yourself.
Firefox
Unverified Actively used on Elm 2 and Aspen 4 within our own offices with positive results.
Google Play Store
Certified as EDLA devices for Elm 2, Aspen 4 and i3SIXTY 3. Veneer 2, Cactus, and Walnut are not compatible as they are not EDLA displays.
Gynzy
Certified for Elm 2, Aspen 4 and i3SIXTY 3 only. Veneer 2, Cactus and Walnut do not have Gynzy.
Q-SYS
Certified for the Aspen 4 only. See: Q-SYS and i3CONNECT displays

Barco ClickShare
Unverified We have heard from partners that these work well together, but test the setup yourself.
Crestron
Certified The Aspen 4 has Creston integration for Creston Connected and Creston XiO Cloud. For more information, see the User and Installation Manual for Aspen 4
Extron
Unverified We have heard from partners that these work well together, but test the setup yourself.
Google Meet Cameras
Unverified We expect similar behaviour to MTR camera’s below.
Microsoft Teams Rooms Cameras (MTR)
Unverified Any 3rd party MTR camera should connect to any i3CONNECT display (Aspen 4, Elm 2, Cactus, Walnut) so long as no extra driver’s need to be installed on the display.
To use the touch features within MTR (e.g. starting calls from the screen) you must connect the camera’s USB to the Touch Out port associated to the HDMI the MTR is attached to. Refer to the display’s spec-sheet to find which HDMI is connected to which Touch Out port (the numbers may be different).
On a non-touch display (Cactus, Walnut) you do not need to attach the USB, and instead need to use a table controller for touch features (e.g. call start)
We have had good experiences with: Cisco Room, Jabra PanaCast, Logitech Rally, Maxhub V-Series, Neat Bar, Yealink MeetingBar
Q-SYS
Certified for the Aspen 4 display range. See: Q-SYS and i3CONNECT displays
USB Cameras
Unverified Any 3rd party USB camera should connect to an i3CONNECT touch display (Aspen 4, Elm 2) so long as no extra driver’s need to be installed on the display. The expected behaviour is that a computer attached to the display via USB-C (or HDMI + Touch Out USB) can use the camera and any integrated microphones.
On a non-touch display (Cactus, Walnut) the expected behaviour is that the USB camera does not pass through to the attached computer. In this case, attach the camera directly to the computer.
We recommend using a dedicated conference camera so that attendees online can see everyone and in general do not recommend USB-cameras in spaces with more than 4 participants e.g. a Huddle room.
We have had good experiences with: Huddly IQ / C1 / L1 / Crew, Insta360 Link 2 Pro, Logitech Meetup / Rally Bar Huddle, Yealink UVC
Zoom Rooms Cameras
Unverified We expect similar behaviour to MTR camera’s above.
