Remote Device Diagnostics
When triggered from Cortex, the Cortex client assembles and uploads a comprehensive
diagnostic package from the device directly to the cloud. The package includes full
logcat, system properties, memory and disk info, ANR traces, crash logs, DropBox
events, and device metadata — enabling support teams to investigate device issues
remotely without physical access.
Action history
The action history page now displays the command retention period, making it
clear how long command history is kept. Action history can also be filtered by
the user who performed a command.
