In order to remotely manage your devices, they must first be registered to your account. This way, only you and the other managers in your organization have access to your devices. In this article, we’ll guide you through multiple ways to enroll your device into Cortex.
Prerequisites
Before enrolling your device into Cortex, please ensure your device has an active internet connection, either over LAN or WLAN. If you need assistance with this, please refer to the user manual of your specific device model.
Organizations with a Cortex Basic or Trial plan do not have a device limit. Device registrations in Cortex Plus and Pro plans are limited to the amount of licenses associated to the account.
