Your CTOUCH display comes supplied with an Android operating system (COS) and a couple of pre-installed apps, such as the CTOUCH App Store. To install apps you need to be using this Android screen. The apps will not work outside of the Android interface.

Open Store: On the main interface (COS) you should see a menu of favourite apps in the top left of your homescreen. Press on the Apps button in this menu, and then on App Store.

Install app: From the App Store you can find all the available apps. Find the one you want, then tap on Install and press on Approve.

Favourites: You can mark up to 6 apps as favourites to be shown on the homescreen. To do this press and hold on the app you would like to replace from the favourites list until the list of apps appears. Tap the red cross in the corner of the app to remove it from favourites (this does not uninstall it) and then choose the app you want to replace it with.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot install apps, you may have one of these situations:

You may be on a different source. Switch to COS from the Quick Menu.

The App Store may need a refresh. Once opened, pull down from the middle of the screen until a refresh icon appears at the top of the screen.

The app store has been blocked by your IT team
