For this to work, the annotation tool must still be enabled. If you see it greyed out you may need to contact your IT administrator for access.

Annotation Tool: Press on the button on the middle of the screen, at the bottom under the CTOUCH logo. This will reveal the Quick Menu. From there press the Pen icon to activate the Annotation Tool.

Write: Start writing with your pen or finger. Wipe across the screen with your palm to quickly erase lines, or press on the eraser tool in the toolbar to get a smaller eraser to use.

Keep using screen: When you use the annotation tool, your touch get’s turned into lines. If you wish to control the content on the screen without closing the annotation tool, press on the control button. The annotation tool will remain, drawn lines will temporarily hide, and then you can control the screen again. Tap on the control button again to re-activate the annotation tool.
