Take Screenshot: Tap on the button at the bottom of the screen under the CTOUCH logo. This will open the Quick Menu. From there tap on the Capture button. The screenshot will be saved instantly, and a pop-up will explain where it was saved to:

By default it saves to the files of the display.

If you connect a USB storage device, it will save there instead.

Find Screenshot: Go to the menu in the top left of the home-screen, tap on the Apps button and tap on the File Commander app. Then tap the ‘Screenshots’ folder to find all your screenshots. If you have a USB storage device attached, making a screenshot will automatically create a folder called ‘Screenshots’ under the ‘Pictures’ folder on the storage device. This is where it will save the captured screenshot.
Troubleshoot

You may not be able to take a screenshot if the USB ports have been blocked or if the screenshot tool has been disabled. Contact your IT team if this seems to be the case.
