Turn on WiFi: Press the button on the front of the screen, at the bottom under the CTOUCH logo. This opens the quick menu. From there press the settings button in the top right. In the yellow settings menu select Internet > WiFi and tap on the toggle to activate it.

Select Network: Follow the previous step to go to the WiFi setting. From there press on the arrow to the right of the toggle and then tap on the WiFi network you wish to connect to. You will likely be prompted to enter the WiFi password in a pop-up. On successful entry it should start connecting.
Troubleshoot
To connect to WiFi, a few situations need to be setup:

WiFi available: The space you are in needs a connection to WiFi. This means that there is a WiFi broadcast happening nearby, and it is reaching the room. Some rooms are surrounded by cables in the walls and this can block WiFi signals.

Antenna connected: The Riva R2 / D2 comes with two antenna that need to be screwed onto the antenna ports on the side of the Riva R2 / D2. These capture the WiFi connection.

Access: You need access to the settings menu and the WiFi must be set up to accept the device. If either of these situations is not present you need to contact your IT department.
