Open files: Riva can open many file types, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or PDF’s. To do this, open the File Commander app. Navigate to the file you wish to open (e.g. from a USB device or saved to the display) and tap on it to open it.

Annotate Office Files: Once a Microsoft Office file has been opened, tap on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner to edit the file. Then navigate to the Draw menu from the top left of the screen, and then start making notes right away. Erase notes with the eraser tool, or highlight notes with the highlight tool.

By default the File Commander app is placed as a favourite app. If is not, you can access it from the App list or place it as a favourite app: Using the App Store and Favourite Apps on Riva R2

If you cannot open files, this may be because file opening has been blocked by your IT team.

If the screen is not reacting to touch it may have had touch disabled, or there may be a malfunction. Contact your IT to doublecheck. If it is a malfunction contact support at https://support.i3-connect.com/
