Yes, Neo is compatible with Barco ClickShare.
Instructions

Connect the Barco ClickShare with HDMI and USB Touch Out cable to any of the three HDMI and matching USB ports (e.g. HDMI 2 and USB TOUCH 2)

Select that source (HDMI 2 in this case) in the float bar/source selection button. The float bar can be opened by pressing the blue button at the bottom of the screen.
Optional: Rename source
You can (optionally) rename that source via the settings menu, submenu General -> Rename Sources to make the ClickShare easier to find for your users.
Note on delays
Running a real time, interactive application (such as a whiteboard) over Clickshare will not be 100% real time. Due to the wireless protocols used in the wireless sharing and touchback, some delays are caused. Still usable, but not 100% fluent.
