Heartbeat Life is only available for i3CONNECT Aspen 4 and Elm 2 displays.

Heartbeat Life does not apply to any display bundles such as the Aspen 4 MTR.

Heartbeat Life must be bought with the display. Request Heartbeat Life from your AV partner.

Heartbeat Life may not be available for you if:

you did not buy it with your display

you have a different i3CONNECT model

Hardware modules will be made available after the Android edition of your display no longer receives security support from Google. Your AV partner will inform you when your display is eligable for a new module.

Software and firmware updates will be provided through over-the-air updates (OTA) or Cortex.
