If failure caused by non-human causes occurs within one year from the date of purchase of the machine, you may enjoy the warranty service of the product. Any of the following circumstances is not covered by the warranty:

Without disassemble, modification such as fault causes.

Use of an environment does not conform to requirements of the product.

Irresistible factors, such as fire, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.

Warranty card does not match the product number or it is altered.

Software warranty
Our i3CONNECT-developed software is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. This means:

No warranty is provided for software performance, uptime or compatibility.

Updates (bug fixes, patches, improvements, new releases) may be provided at i3CONNECT’s discretion.

Unless explicitly provided by i3CONNECT, we do not guarantee compatibility with third‑party devices or software (e.g. laptops, phones, room management systems).
Display warranty

Standard 5-year warranty with exception of Walnut W1 which has 3 years.

Registration is not required for standard warranty.

The warranty starts on the invoice date (the date on the partner’s invoice to the customer).

Optional paid extensions (note: Germany does not allow for paid warranty extension):

1, 2 or 3 years extended warranty, or:

Heartbeat Life subscription (up to 10 years, incl. extra benefits such as upgrade modules) for specific displays (see overview) which must be purchased together with the display.

Additional warranty must be purchased within 6 months after invoice date through one of our authorised partners.
