If failure caused by non-human causes occurs within the warranty period of the product your AV partner may request repairs or replacements.
What to do when something breaks under warranty
Get in contact with your reseller/integrator. They have your warranty details and know your situation best and are also responsible for first-line support.
Warranty does not cover…
Any of the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

The product has been disassembled or modified outside of a registered service partner.

The environmental conditions do not meet the requirements of the product manual.

Reduction in backlight performance or brightness resulting from normal ageing and occurring after five (5) years from the date of installation.

Natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, lightning strikes, etc.
Software warranty
Our i3CONNECT-developed software is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. This means:
No warranty is provided for software

Updates (such as bug fixes, patches, improvements, new releases) may be provided at i3CONNECT’s discretion.

Third party. Our warranty does not apply to third‑party devices or software.

Standard warranty coverage for i3CONNECT Elm 2 and Aspen 4:

Displays sold before are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the moment of purchase.
