If failure caused by non-human causes occurs within the warranty period of the product you may request repairs or replacements.
What to do when something breaks under warranty
Get into contact with your reseller / integrator. They have your warranty details and know your situation best, and are also responsible for first line support.
Warranty does not cover…
Any of the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

The product has been disassemble or modified outside of a registered service partner.

The environment conditions do not meet the requirements of the product manual.

Natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, lightning strikes, etc.
Software warranty
Our i3CONNECT-developed software is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. This means:
No warranty is provided for software

Updates (such as bug fixes, patches, improvements, new releases) may be provided at i3CONNECT’s discretion.

Third party. Our warranty does not apply to third‑party devices or software.

Registration is not required for standard warranty.

The warranty starts on the invoice date (the date on the AV partner’s invoice to the customer).

Optional paid extensions are listed below (note: does not apply in Germany):

1, 2 or 3 years extended warranty. Additional warranty must be purchased within 6 months after invoice date through one of our authorised partners.

Heartbeat Life: up to 10 years warranty, including software updates and hardware upgrade modules for specific displays (Elm 2 and Aspen 4) which must be purchased together with the display.
