This article helps you quickly determine your warranty status using your invoice date and our warranty table.

Instructions

  1. Find your invoice date and any purchased warranty extension

    1. Locate the purchase date on your invoice or proof of purchase.

    2. If you purchased Warranty Extension or Heartbeat Life, note these details.

  2. Compare with the warranty period table.
    Go to the warranty period table and find your product model.

  3. Calculate your warranty status.

    1. Add the warranty period (from the table) to your invoice date as well as any warranty extension. If you have Heartbeat Life, contact your reseller for more information.

      1. Heartbeat Life for Elm 2 ends on

      2. Heartbeat Life for Aspen 4 ends on

    2. If today’s date is within this period, your product is still under warranty.
