Ghost touch occurs when your i3SIXTY display registers touches or swipes that you didn’t make. This guide helps you resolve ghost touch issues on i3SIXTY 1, R, and PRO models. If your display is physically damaged or the issue persists after these steps, contact i3CONNECT support for further assistance.
Ghost touch troubleshooting is not needed if your display is unresponsive or has no touch input at all, see the “No touch response” article instead.
