i3TOUCH EX How to clear cache and data from an application

With this short tutorial we will explain how to clear the cache and data

📘 Instructions

  1. Open Android settings and search for Apps information

  2. Select the app you require to clear the cache and data.

  3. Press Force Stop and then select Storage

  4. Press clear cache and the clear data

  5. Exit setting and open the app you were working with.


When the app you are searching for isnt in the list, click on the 3 dots in the right upper corner and choose ‘show system’. Example of a system app; i3STUDIO
