Volume bar slides back automatically (troubleshooting) on i3TOUCH ES

Problem

When I try to change the volume via the i3STUDIO sidemenu, it doesnt remember the position and slides back to zero.

Solution

The display has been muted with the remote controller.

  1. Unmute the display with the remote controller.

  2. Change the volume via the i3STUDIO sidemenu.
