Your display or product may need to be transported with a truck. This could be because you are moving location, or are sending the display to us for the Service team to have a look at. When transporting in a truck it is recommended to strap the display onto a Euro-pallet (ideally the one that came with the display) using pallet straps.
To prevent damage, place displays upright on a Euro-pallet before strapping them.
Touch displays should never be lying down horizontally. The weight of the hardened glass will cause it to sag, and this will likely damage the sensitive display technology beneath it. The result will be a destroyed display.

Instructions from video
Read the warning above

Fold the pallet strap over itself to make a loop

Weave it through the center of the fixation tool

Wrap one side of the loop over one of the open ends and pull it tight.

Wrap the pallet straps around the box & pallet, ensuring both will be covered

Repeat steps 1-3 for the other side
