Problem
Your goods have arrived in a damaged condition. This may have happened during delivery.
Must be done immediately when receiving the goods.
Make sure that you have a signed copy before the delivery truck leaves. When the delivery address is different than the invoice address, i3CONNECT cannot accept liability for transport damages because the conditions have not been met.
Solution
Transport damage must be claimed upon receipt of the goods. In order to claim transport damage, please provide following information:

Collect the Proof of delivery (POD) from transport company where the transport damage has been reported.

Collect the Purchase order (PO).

Capture pictures or videos of the:

Damaged original box with label & serial number - showing the damage on the box (keep the original packing).

Damage on the device, including the label which mentions the serial number of the device;
