Claim an incomplete delivery

Problem

The delivery of your goods does not match what you expected. This could be because the item was not placed in the order, it was not sent from our warehouse, or it lost in transit.

This must be done immediately when receiving the goods. Make sure that you have a signed copy before the delivery truck leaves

Solution

An incomplete delivery must be claimed upon receipt of the goods. In order to claim an incomplete delivery, please provide following information:

  1. Collect the Proof of delivery (POD) from the transport company where the incomplete delivery was reported

  2. Collect the Purchase order (PO) or delivery note.

  3. Use the Claim an incomplete delivery form to send us this information, including your request.
