Your goods have arrived but do not seem to work. The product may be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
Solution: DOA with no Damage
Dead on arrival (DOA) can be claimed max 8 days upon receipt of the goods.

Keep the device in the original packaging.

Collect the following information:

Readable picture or video of the device label which mentions the serial number;

Clear picture or video why the device is claimed as DOA;

Clear problem description why the device is claimed as DOA;

Use the Claim dead on arrival (DOA) form to send us this information, including your request.
Solution: DOA including Damage
Follow the same steps as above but also include this information in your request:

Pictures or video from the original box with readable label with the claimed serial number, showing the overall status from the box;

Clear pictures or video from the damage on the device before the installation.
When the claim is > 8 days upon receipt of the goods, please provide proof of installation date where the serial number is mentioned on the document.
All the conditions above must be met to be accepted as a potential DOA case. The claim can be accepted or refused after reviewing the provided evidence.
