Description

Q4 Release

New Features

  • External Management Roles

Just like with the users in your account, you can now assign a role to external managers that you have linked through the organizations page. You can pick company administrator for full access, device administrator for device access only, or view only to prevent any editing.

  • Account Provisioning

Resellers are now able to create a Cortex account on behalf of their customers, and immediately start enrolling displays. This makes the installation process much more efficient, making resellers less dependent on their customers.

  • Display Transfer

You can now transfer displays to a linked organization. Combined with Account Provisioning, this feature makes it very simple to move the displays to a new customer account, while maintaining full external management access as a reseller.

  • Configuration Transfer

Duplicate existing configurations in your account to a linked organization. This allows you to setup a configuration once, and re-use it in every new customer organization you work with.

  • Zero Touch Enrollment

Register displays upfront based on their serial number. With batch upload, you can easily name and group devices using a simple spreadsheet. Cortex will automatically process the registrations. The installer/user only needs to confirm the enrollment on device.

  • Wallpaper Library

Wallpapers uploaded to your Cortex account will now be stored in your wallpaper library. In addition, you can now also revert to the original wallpaper from the theme you are currently using in Studio.
