Windows OS
Although the touch part of our CTOUCH monitors is automatically detected in Windows 10 (as HID), it only allows a maximum of 20 simultaneously touch inputs. To be able to go up 32 touch points, a special driver is needed which can be downloaded below (windows 7,8 and 10).
After installing the driver, there is also an option to align the touch (again) in case needed.

After installing the driver, press 6 times on Caps-Lock to start the calibration.
Mac OS
Mac device (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini) don't have touch functionality with CTOUCH displays by default. Enabling touch functionality requires the installation of a specific driver and application. The installation manual and driver are available here (Touch enable on Mac devices):
