Before you start

Make sure your OPS model matches one of these article numbers: 10010872.

Have a USB drive ready if you need to transfer drivers to the OPS.

Download the driver package for your i3CONNECT OPS 13th Generation from this link:

Instructions

If needed, transfer the downloaded file to your OPS using a USB drive.

Extract the contents of the downloaded file on your OPS.

Open the extracted folder and run the installer for each required driver, following the on-screen prompts.
