Which countries are Region A or B?
Our warranty cards are split in 2 regions, region A and region B. Below you will find the differences between region A and B and which countries they apply to.
Region A
In Region A we have on-site warranty. Meaning we will come on site when your display is defect and we will either repair or swap it on location.

Region B
In Region B we have a return to base warranty. Meaning we will ask you to ship the screen back to us. We will repair the screen and ship it back to you. This warranty applies to all countries which are not in the list above.
