Improvements

i3Setup wizard only installs updates which are flagged as mandatory.
Full- and optional updates will be installed according to the settings in OTA Client. (under System Updates)
Or they can managed remotely by the admin through i3RDM. -
Added the possibility to automatically install optional updates.
