New Features
Feature Dependency Resolution
The Feature Service now automatically resolves dependencies between features. When
evaluating a feature that relies on other features, the service checks whether all
required dependencies are also supported before reporting the feature as supported —
ensuring accurate and consistent feature availability reporting across the system.
Android Disabled Feature Flag
A new feature flag has been added to gate the Android source disable toggle. The
flag is active on ASPEN4 and ELM2 devices only, and is consumed by i3Settings and
Cortex to control visibility of the related setting.

Fixed the Feature Service accessing credential-encrypted storage before the device was fully unlocked, which could cause failures on boot
