Use this article if your i3FLOORSTAND elevator system is not moving up or down when you press the control buttons. This guide is for installers, IT staff, or users responsible for maintaining the i3FLOORSTAND lift. If your lift is physically damaged or making unusual noises, do not use this article; contact support immediately.
If the elevator does not respond after all resets, or if you are unsure about any step, contact i3CONNECT support with the requested photos for further assistance.
Do not attempt repairs if you notice physical damage or hear unusual noises; this could be unsafe.
Before you start

Make sure the lift is not overloaded.

Ensure you have access to the power supply and control box.
Instructions

Check connections and weight
-
Verify the product does not exceed the maximum allowed weight.

Ensure the remote is securely connected to the control box.

Check that the mechanical parts are properly connected to the control box.

Confirm the elevator is plugged into a working power outlet.

Reset if unit goes down but not up
-
Move the unit to its lowest position.
-
Release the ‘down’ button.
-
Press and hold the ‘down’ button for a few seconds (the unit may move slightly).

Test if the unit can now move up.
-

Reset if unit does not respond at all
-
Unplug the power cord.
-
Hold the ‘up’ or ‘down’ button for a few seconds to discharge remaining power.

Wait until the unit is completely powered off.
-
Reconnect the power cord.
-
Press and hold the ‘down’ button for a few seconds (the unit may move slightly).
-
Test if the unit can now move up.

Hard reset
-
Move the unit to its lowest position.
-
Press and hold both ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons for 5 seconds, then release.

Press the ‘down’ button once.
-
Test if the unit now works.

Troubleshooting
If the elevator still does not move after following these steps:

Collect the following information before contacting support:

A photo of the lift’s serial number.

A photo of the serial number from the defective part (CBD6 controller and/or columns).

A photo showing an overview of the installation.
-

If the lift is physically damaged or you hear unusual noises, stop using it and contact support immediately.
