When first booting your CTOUCH OPS you will be greeted by the Windows 10 initial setup. We will guide you through this process of installing Windows 10 with a local account instead of a Microsoft online account.
Instructions

Select your region and press [Yes].

Select a keyboard layout and press [Yes].

Windows will ask if you want to add an extra keyboard layout. You can press [Skip].

Read the Windows 10 License Agreement and press [Accept].

To skip entering a Microsoft account you can press [Domain join instead]. Windows will skip the Microsoft account procedure and allow you to use a Local account.

Fill in the Username you want to use and press [Next].

Fill in the password you want to use. If you want no password you can leave this field empty and press [Next].

Choose if you want to use Cortana as personal assistant and press [Yes] or [No].

Fill in your privacy settings and press [Accept].

Windows is now installed with a local account.
